Dear Family and Friends:
Last Sunday was typical of our and the missionaries’ Sabbath:  
1)      8:20 prepare for Sacrament Meeting.  Theme for the day:  Missionary Lesson I:  The Message of the Restoration.
2)      9:00 Preside in Sacrament meeting;  Sister Taylor and I speak.
3)      10:20 Priesthood/Relief Society, I preside and help teach in Priesthood meeting on priesthood ordinances.  Sister Taylor directs RS mtg. 
4)      11:10 Missionaries hold district meetings.
5)      12:00 Lunch
6)      1:10 Leadership Council:  hold a leadership meeting for all new district leaders, the sister coordinators, and two zone leaders.  Dispense/disperse all duties and assignments for the next 3 weeks.  Other missionaries engage in Personal Study.
7)      2:00 Companion Study in the Classroom.
8)      3:00 Music instruction for all missionaries.  Sister Taylor leads us all in music instruction for 15 minutes.
9)      3:15 Temple Grounds Visit.  Take all of the missionaries on a stroll over to the Manila Temple and enjoy the beauty of the outside of the temple for 40 minutes. 
10)   4:10 Daily Planning in the Classroom.  Missionaries plan their schedules for the coming week.  
11)   4:40 Write Weekly Letter to MTC President, journal writing (classroom). 
12)   5:15 Dinner
13)   6:15 Fireside.  Sister Taylor and I speak to the Missionaries.  I teach about the great value of the Book of Mormon and its use in missionary work.  
14)   7:30 DVD:  “The Prophet of the Restoration”  Joseph Smith!
15)   9:15 Return to residence hall.  Journal writing, prepare for bed. 
Next Sunday:  “The Plan of Salvation,”  Lesson II. 
Great fun!  We’re exhausted at day’s end.  Debbie has never been happier!
